I'm running vista and I want to know if I could help other people with XP or vista without problems with this SC addon.
If not what are the alternatives?

I tried pchelpware. But quality is poor. And mouse is really slow.
Are all those remote desktops like this?
I have a windows 2003 server with the standard windows remote desktop.
Quality is normal and speed also. So why is this program slow?

you need speed, see vnc related product.
but anyway, with the aero of vista, could be slow with any remote software over WAN except on LAN.
