Hi guys,
When I opened PcHelpWare_viewer.exe on PC 1 and created a server in the mode "Via repeater", everything was working fine, but when I want to use
PcHelpWare_viewer.exe from PC1 on the PC 2(different computer), I'll get
message a network failed. Can You tell me pls what is configured during configuration in the PC 1 in the application PcHelpWare and only works with PC 1 and not with PC 2(what is been set)?

It is over the internet through repeater.

ok.. The repeater is the connection manager. The viewer and sever connect to the repeater and create a tunnel between them..
