I am remoting into dual monitor machines all the time, and ultravnc seem to mess up the display on screen. (not just the remote but also local display)
the screen will have black out sections and on the VNC viewer, programs were all over the place, the positioning is all wrong.
Is there a way to fix that?

I have a similar problem. When I open vncviewer in the second screen and try to enable the full screen, the vnciewer windows gone.
