I tried shutting off my the firewalls on both computers and unblocking the port but neither worked. not really sure how to write this in an understandable way so ill just do this
my Computer = CompA
computer I am connecting to = CompB
CompA can connect to CompA
CompB can connect to CompA
CompA Can Not Connect to CompB
CompB Can Not Connect to CompB
Both computers are on the same network and i am using the router IP to connect (192.168.X.X)
Any Ideas?

Possible solution : I hope my answer will not stupid for you, but check if you have not 2 firwalls (ie: Xp SP2 and Norton Security Center Firewall) on CompB.
This arrive to me last WE
