There's no invisible or stealth mode and it won't be available in the future.
Many users, especially in corporate environments, require that they can see if someone connects to their machine.

There are two ways (at least) to run UltraVNC without the icon (service helper) in the system tray.

1) Create your own batch file to copy the files from a server location to the client and install the service. This only works if you have the ability to map drives/browse shares.

2) Run the regular install (be sure to install the service). Then remove the "WinVNC" entry from the registry, under the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" key. Now the service will run but there will not be an icon in the tray.

The drawback to this is there is no use of different configs for users; everything works from the "default settings" (which I prefer, anyway). Oh, and without the service helper, the wallpaper is not restored upon closing of the connection. It comes back after a reboot, or the client can manually reset the wallpaper.
