File Transfer freezing, then can't connect to server

Hi everyone, when I try to transfer files to the server, it freezes and when I do an end task and try to reconnect to the server I get a fail and until I do a restart on the server. I am using rc18 on both sides with test19 and video hook winvnc19_12. Is there a known bug and/or how I can fix this problem? The other minor problem is once I get the file transfered to the server I cannot open it until I reset the server. Perhaps one problem fixed will fix the other?

p.s.: I am going to do a complete uninstall/reinstall later today but wanted to see if this is a bug or not. Thanks.
