Is there anyway to disable admin properties in release 19_12

Post by John »

is there away to gray out the admin properties in the test release 19_12? like alloweditclients, allowproperties etc. in the registry

We don't want people fiddling with MSlogon part!

i simply suggest you to run WinVNC as NT service and give the user account less privileges to prevent them from (accidentally or even intentionally) revising the HKLM.
otherwise, accessing the admin dialog would be easy for a well-skilled user, no matter VNC is running with such command line option.

I see what you mean, but people do like fiddeling with new toys. I know if you give the user for example power users priliviges then it does grey itself out. But most users around the group have administrator priliviges so is there away to grey it out? there must be a reg key to do this
