Presentation mode? (remove/supress options in java client?)

On the server side, I can disable the remote client's inputs, but the java client still shows some options that I'd prefer not to show (mostly for simplicity, partly for security.)

I'd like
- clipboard
- record
- file transfer
not to appear at all, or at least not to work. Is there a way to force that on the server side? Thanks.

only on source code, you can remove these functions.
otherwise, you need vnc related product.
