Laptop a monitor?

Thank you for the wonderful UltraVNC. I love it!

Is there a way to use my laptop as a monitor. Server would send somehow send picture to the viewer (installed) on the laptop like a dual monitor?!

The problem is, Maxivista costs, and is extra. It would be nice to have it in something i have installed anyways.
