A strange window after installing UVNC

Every time my PC starts I receive this strange window. How to turn it off?

mean,
winvnc already running as service system and your windows startup try to lunch another instance to user level.
remove from windows startup folder if you want ultravnc server ready before use logon.

To tell you the truth, I didn’t fully understand what you asking me to do?

In Start – Programs – Startup there in no any uvnc application.

real vnc
tight vnc
ultra vnc

for cleaning the registry.
