pchelpware_server on XP or other OS ?
and with or without mv video hook driver2 on server side ?
check the event viewer application and system at both side (viewer and server)

Please try the "Disable DirectX" option in viewer to see any improvement. I had encountered a display card not fully DirectX 9 supported having such problem.
