When i create my server i want to get this layout:
but i always get the layout where i need to enter username and password.
i created my own helpdesk.txt and background.bmp but it still failes.
How does the customise work ?

When i create my server i want to get this layout:

I am runnign windows xp but when I create server with that it loads then quits after i run my server and type in the ID

Please try to use "repeater01.ultravnc.info", as I found it to be easier to be connected recently (but the actual situation changes from time to time)
Of course, able to runn your private repeater is always the best choice

How about the viewer? Have you checked the repeater log, and saw the ID records of the viewer & server?
