Will SC work with Vista

Post by abridge »

I see others have had trouble with SC and Vista. Like others, when client clicks their icon so I can connect to their PC it is extremely slow. I am confused about the 1.0.3 upgrade. Does that include SC?

Thanks,

pchelpware is a better alternative then single click for vista. However, you can use single click. The encryption will not work in vista with sc. pchelpware has built in encyption and seems to work fine..:)

How do I use 1.0.3RC2 with SC?
I tried copying winvnc.exe and vnchooks.dll but it seems SC winvnc.exe is a modifiedversion to run in SC.

Thanks

You need to wait 1.0.3 final before you can see the new SC based on uvnc 1.0.3

Good thing is participate to beta of UltraVNC 1.0.3 RC2 if you want improve the stability and connectivity.
