custom ports for service
custom ports for service
I would like to see port fields in settings panel for the MV service. as well I would like web access via http in it too, and better video quality.

Re: custom ports for service
There is a special version on the way ( based on lan test service version),
that will use an invers "server connect to viewer" connection.
The only thing with https is that you can only use port 443, a proxy does
not allow in most cases that you connect to something else then 443.
Because you don't know, the proxy of the user (runnning the server) 443 is the only one that will work in 99%.
The special version needed to be simple, so no preconfig, you enter
a name and password on server and viewer site, after that you can
connect (reboot, uac etc..) until uninstalled.
To be able to use names instead of ip adresses or dynaliases, a simple cgi
script in combination with a webserver will be used.
For the normal connection ( viewer connect to server) port selection can be added... i will see, as the pchelpware lan test was just a test for adding
Vista support in UltraVNC and possible wil not be longer needed when final finished.
