Hi,
When I click 'Blank Monitor On/Off' 10-20times at short interval, more one 'blackscreen' start.
Then eye image show on client side(VNC Viewer).
How avoid this?

You can't,
Things like this can only be changed in the source.
I guess that the following happen.
Cklicking 2x during startup time of the blackscreen, miss the already exist check.
Added to the todo list
