Hello,
Currently I have Windows 7 Profesional , and someone connect to this desktop via Windows RDP. Is it possible to connect also via VNC to the same session ?

it's possible.
VNC need to be running as application not as service and started insite the rdp session.
-You see the rdp session and not the console
-VNC works as long as the rdp session show the display, if rdp exit, vnc become black.
