Black Screen for 17+ Hours, so it is NOT loading

I have UVNC installed on my Window 7 Pro PC with all latest updates as of today (the viewer) & I recently installed the 32bit UVNC 1.1.9.6 on a Windows Vista Business SP2 w/ latest updates (Server). I installed the addons package (all but the Win8 options). These are connecting over a local network (between buildings) on the same network. (no firewalls, same network #, etc)
When I connect the screen looks like it connects and is black with the mouse pointer on it but nothing else. As I move the mouse it shows another pointer frozen on the screen from time to time, I ended up with about 7 of them at one time. While this is happening the UVNC eye does not show any clients connected. I have left it like this overnight to make sure it was not just a SLOW loading screen but nothing had changed when I returned to the machines the following morning. I have tried connecting with a couple of different PC's (viewers) & different user accounts. I reinstalled the Viewer also with no improvements.
I know the no clients listed is an issue but any Ideas?
