Issues with downloads of 1.1.9.6

Post by RodolfoGiovanninetti »

I tried to download all files of 1.1.9.6, and I found a couple of issues.
First, the link to the w2k file is wrong, it is "hthttp://support1.uvnc.com/download/1196/UVNC_1_1_9_w2k_X86.zip", so it is with "hthttp" instead of "http" and I have not been able to fix it.
Also, some files are downloaded from "uvnc.eu" and others from "support1.uvnc.com".
I DO LIKE to use download managers that are able to keep the filedate as the same that is on the server, but with these differences it works for some files and not for others.
Is it possible to have a common download place, one that let me use download managers and keep filedates, or there is a reason to have different places?
What about a ftp site that has original filedates?

Thank You very much and regards

hthttp://support1.uvnc.com/download/1196/UVNC_1_1_9_w2k_X86.zip -> FIXED

A common place ? No
1) Two smaller servers are cheaper then a big one. uvnc.eu always reach his limit and i don't want to buy extra volume while we have a test server (support1)
with a free 4T. Splitting files over the 2 servers keeps all within limits.
2) Ultravnc is free, but we generate some income with advertising. This is only possible if people need to visit our webpages for download.
