Keyboard sends only 4 char under Win2012

Hi,

I've a 1.1.9.3 installed on a Win 2012 server that's on my LAN

The problems are two:

1) Only 4 chars are sent. After that no char is sent or char are sent very slowly, say one char every two second
2) I cannot install addons. It says it does not find the path (error 267),althought it's correct, and I run it

Do you have any hint? How can I debug the problem???
