I installed UltraVNC1_1_9_X86_Setup.exe and try to use setpasswd.exe to set passwords. Setpasswd.exe is not correctly recording the VNC password hash in ultravnc.ini.
Executing setpasswd.exe anneke janneke produces following result:
[ultravnc]
passwd=616E6E656B6500000072
passwd2=EEA481C5F91D578ACF
I tried authenticating with password anneke, doesn't work, janneke works fine.
Using either uvnc_settings.exe or setting the Admin properties for the same passwords produces:
[ultravnc]
passwd=56BCC79D9ACC475174
passwd2=EEA481C5F91D578ACF
Authenticating works fine with both passwords. I read a post complaining about setpasswd.exe not working in 1.1.8, still seems not OK.

source was ok, but wrong exe in installers.
