I installed 1.1.9 and SecureVNC most recent version. It worked for several days but now I am getting the error message
You have specified an encryption plugin, however this connection is unencrypted. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling an still no solution. The machines are Windows XP, Windows & and Windows 2008. Help.

Re: Encryption Pluging
The viewer has the plugin selected, but the server is sending his data unencrypted.
Verify the server site to see if the plugin is still selected.

Re: Encryption Pluging
This look stange, if the server has the plugin set then the server is using encryption, but the viewer connect to a
non encrypted server. Plugin is working else you can't configure it.
Are you sure that you are connecting to that server instance ?
It's always possible that you have 2 versions of vnc installed and you connect to another version.
Does the systray icon become yellow during connection ?
