No connection to the client. In a router ports was forwarding(5109 and 443 port)...
I have "white" static ip,router Asus wl520Gc.

What's the problem?

I'd say the first problem is that you've forwarded the wrong port, the viewer requires 5901 by default unless you changed it during compile.

Please follow the installation guide exactly and tell me if you still have problems.

1) You'll have to be more specific, this doesn't make any sense with the information you've provided.

2) Did you see ID show up in the repeater log from InstantSupport connecting? If not, the viewer isn't going to connect.

3) The settings file is included with the Windows repeater, you do not need to change anything.

Please, please, please just follow the installation guide. It is impossible to screw up if you followed it perfectly.

You need to be more specific... Just telling me that it only works as a service is not enough information.

Please give me a log of what you are doing.

Here is an example of what I'm asking for:

1) InstantSupport ID number 123456
2) Repeater Log window shows nothing.
3) Install InstantSupport as a service, then repeater shows: Server added to list 442455

Once again, just telling me it doesn't work is not helpful. I will not able to help you unless you can be specific about your problem and what you are trying.

Why are you trying to connect to your own computer? This makes no sense.

Please try running InstantSupport on a different computer.

It's OK to run ChunkViewer and the Repeater on the same machine but it is not OK to run InstantSupport and the Repeater on the same computer.

I running the programms on same computers.
Repeater and Viewer - on my computer
Instant support-on same computer.

p.s. if instantsupport.exe registered as service-working.
Why don't work when instantsupport NOT registered service???))

I don't know why only the service version works, but one thing that stands out is that you're attaching to the repeater on its PUBLIC address. For local same-machine testing you should probably be using localhost or the local LAN IP address, so it doesn't even have to try reaching the router. (I've always created separate "localviewer" and "remoteviewer" executables for using inside and outside the LAN, but I'm on an old version of Chunk.)

I don't know that testing with all 3 programs on one machine should really be a problem? Depending on the INI setting UltraVNC has no real problem attaching to itself.

Are you saying that it works fine on other operating systems?
Have you tried running InstantSupport with XP or Vista?

I'm still unclear whether or not you tried running InstantSupport on a computer outside of your network.

I tested your IP 93.12x.17x.xxx with the open port check tool from yougetsignal.com and it shows that ports you gave me 5901 and 444 are closed.

Please go back and follow the installation guide again as you seem to have missed the part about checking the ports.
