Close the client window after I disconnect

Post by bakerkr »

Is there a way to close the window (the one the customer sees that displays the number) after I disconnect? For example, the customer downloads instantsupport.exe runs it, gives me the number, I connect, fix their issue and then disconnect. However, the instantsupport.exe windows remains opens displaying the number.

Thanks,
Kevin

Although it would be possible it's not currently implemented.
Because of possible connection issues causing a drop everything was designed to keep the repeater connection live if InstantSupport is running.
