Refresh Issue

Hi,

I am looking for a bit of advice/help. I have a system running ultravnc 1.0.9.6.1 on a number of machines. VNC will work fine for quite a while but then to one system it will connect ok but the screen will not automatically refresh. If you manually click the refresh button then the screen redraws but only 1 frame. If you close the vnc server and restart it the same issue remains present. The only way i have found to solve this issue is to reboot the system.

Configuration:

Windows 7 (64-Bit) running terminal server software. There are two instances of VNC running (both x64). One as a service on the standard port and another instance running in application mode on a second port. There is a Wyse terminal connected to the second session. The VNC server service can only access the console session and not the terminal sessions hence the need to run a multiple application instances to allow easy access to the desktop.

The problem is always with the vnc server running in application mode. I have closed all instances of ultravnc and then logged off the remote session but to no avail. The same problem exists. If i VNC in to the application mode session from my laptop i have the same issue as using a different PC to connect.

Has anyone ever had any issues like this. I have searched the forum for an answer but i cannot find anything that really relates. Any suggestions have been tried but with no effect.
