Microsoft Security Essential seems to slow chunkVNC launching (decompression?) is there a solution to this probleme that can be done?

Could you elaborate on what part is being slow? Compiling? InstantSupport?

I recommend MSE to all of my customers and have never seen it cause a problem...

slow launching on client computer (you can see the slowing more the CPU of the computer are slow)
the client launch the modified chunkvnc and wait before the screen appear with the prompt of code

You say ChunkVNC was modified, in what way? Have you tried a stock version?

Is it simply a matter of the clients CPU being slow?
