Maybe this is by design?
On my Windows 8 test machine, I had 1.1.0 installed (32 bit). I had updated this to 1.1.1 (32 bit) at some point.
This morning, I installed the new 1.1.5 *64bit* version on top of this install. "Programs and Features" shows that I have 3 versions of UltraVNC installed (1.1.0 on 9/24, 1.1.1 on 10/24 and 1.1.5 on 11/12).
However, "About WinVNC" shows that I'm still running "UltraVNC Win32 Server 1.1.0"
So, two questions:
1) With these beta versions, should there be an expectation that we can upgrade from one version to the next (if so, why doesn't this at least show "1.1.1"?
2) Can I upgrade from a 32-bit version to a 64-bit version? Or must I "remove" all 32 bit versions before installing the 64-bit versions (which I plan on doing anyway...)

Re: Can not update from 32 bit 1.1.0/1.1.1 to 64 bit 1.1.5
The beta versions have another app number, so MS sees them as another app.
No upgrade possible, you need to remove them via "remove program", they have a seperate uninstall.
This was a mistake in the first beta installers...
32 and 64 are seperate apps, the have a different install folder "program files (x86)/program files".
You can have both installed, The service use the last "install service"...
On upgrade from 1.1.5 ->1.1.6 you upgrade the x64 when you update with the x64 installer
and x86 with the x86 installer.
