During setup of uvnc server, it asks if I want the part related to "server driver install". I looked for information but I could not find any. What is it?

A mirror driver for faster screen capturing.
It's faster , but only capture gdi video driver commands.

I mean not when the setup asks if I want the mirror driver, but when it asks I believe four questions, one of them is if I want to register a service, and among these four questions it asks about a driver.
Is it the same thing?
Is there a step by step up to date manual?
