How set "Application mode"?

Hi,

I installed UltraVNC in my Windows 7 desktop computer.
With my notebook I would like to connect remotely with my desktop computer, but it started UltraVNC only as "service mode".

Where should I set "application mode"instead "service mode"?

Please be helpful, thanks!!!

open the systray icon of winvnc.

1)stop service
2)uninstall service

Then click on winvnc.exe to start it manual.
