VncViewer 1.0.9.6.2 sometimes hangs and doesn't try connect

Hi,

I have UltraVNC viewer 1.0.9.6.2 running under Win 7 32 bit.

When I try to connect to somewhere, sometimes it tries to connect (eventually saying it can't if appropriate), sometimes hangs, the connect window disappears and I have evidence of it only in the task manager.

How can I solve/debug the problem?

hi,
maybe could be caused by antivirus. you didnt specify which is in use.

I have the exact same problem, no it is not a firewall / antivirus problem. If I specify an incorrect port/address I get a message "Failed to connect to server". If I specify the correct host addres/port, the connection window disappears and unvc is just left doing nothing in the background.

Is there really no way to find out what is happening???
