My uvnc is very slow.
Read something about a helpdesk.txt file in other topics, but i guess that was about another version??
I use win 7 on both server and client and UVNC is almost useless in this stade.
Can anyone help me with a solution?
Please explain step by step, im not so good with a commputer

No, helpdesk.txt only refers to UltraVNC SC (single click), not the regular UltraVNC product.
If things are slow you can try turning on the "mirror driver", first and foremost, and then try reducing your screen resolutions. There are other tweaks; you might want to read our FAQ section.
