how can i know the PC name of the person who is observing me using VNC?

Right click the system tray, select List All Clients, write down the IP address (e.g., x.x.x.x), click Start, type CMD, and type

nslookup x.x.x.x

Note that, if you're connecting over the Internet, this provides the DNS name associated with the public IP address of the connecting machine, NOT necessarily the PC's actual host name.
