When video hook drv is on (checked) in the server.
the window in the application (which is use OpenGL)
will be blank or non refreshed.

OpenGL (hardware acceleration)bypass gdi, so driver can not handle it.

If your app can also run in emulation mode it works.
This is slower, but remote you don't see the difference, vnc can not handle 25 FPS.

i will compare the 2 solution
-software render + hook video drv.
-openGl render without hook video drv.
but i think the diff. will be less which is sensible across the internet.
have any option that i can see the screen refreshed segment speed? (fps)
it will be usefull when i adjust a refresh (and jpg) settings...
