Hi, I want to lock down uvnc server on my clients PCs so they cannot modify the settings or close uvnc server.
Is there another way that can be archived or it's only through registry but either way it’s ok for me as long as it works

lock down Uvnc server
Re: lock down Uvnc server
It's only possible if they're logged in as a non-administrative user. If they have local administrator rights, they can always undo anything you do -- and that's exactly as it should be.
Re: lock down Uvnc server
it wont work even if i create a reg file?
Re: lock down Uvnc server
It will work up until the point that the user who's actually at the computer decides to use his administrative rights to undo whatever you did. Pretty simple, you know?
If I walk over to your computer I can't do anything that you couldn't undo later -- why would it be any different if I were doing it via remote control?
