Single Click without form

Post by aferreirag »

Hi,

Excuse my bad English.

You can create a SC.EXE File without displaying the Connection form ?

For example:

MySC.EXE MyIPAddress:PORT etc....

The idea is to run the SC and that connects to an IP automatically without asking the end user.

Is It posible?

Thanks for the help they can provide,
Angel Ferreira.

Yes, that's what the [DIRECT] parameter does. See http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/helpdesk.html

Hi,

Thanks for your reply!!!!

Add the [DIRECT] parameters to my helpdesk.txt file and really works.

This is great !!!!!!

Still, the connection form, appears about 2 seconds.

There is no way to avoid this behavior?

Thanks again :)

I'm not sure; I remember some people talking about that behavior in the last couple of months -- you could read through the forum. As of 2008 it sounds as if one needed 3rd party add-ons -- https://forum.ultravnc.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=12404

But some of us use different "SC" style spinoffs instead, including SCPrompt and ChunkVNC.

The SC itself doesn't provide an option to avoid this.

I had worked this out by patching the SC.exe, so that it didn't show the GUI
