[BUG] Toggle Remote Monitor does not work

Hi there. was fiddling around with my server and viewer (both running 1.0.9.6.1 with SecureVNC) and noticed that when i use the button on toolbar "Toggle Remote Input/Blank Monitor" the first toggle disables the screen properly, next toggle enables screen properly. However, if I toggle it again, screen won't turn off. It works fine from rightclick Viewer window and choose enable/disable.

so:

Toggle Remote Input/Blank Monitor from toolbar

click #1 : disable monitor and input
click #2 : enable monitor and input
click #3 : does not disable monitor but disables input
click #4 : reenables input
and so on.

also, the lock on the icon does not go away on clicks 2, 4, 6, etc.
