Hi when I run InstantSupport.exe on a remote client pc the vnc server property page pops up. If I click it off it then connects too the repeater and the viewer connects but I get a no password set error.
I have set one in the compiler using 8 digits

Sounds like they already have another copy of VNC installed and running. Your best bet is to get them to exit all running VNC's before launching your InstantSupport. (Hmm, I thought Chunk checked for existing VNCs....)

Known Issues:
Compiler now requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package for the password hashing executable. If it isn't installed compiling will fail!
