Is there a way to know from the server when the client close the session?

Not sure I understand the question. If the systray status icon is present, it changes colour when somebody is connected.
You could also check to see what network ports are active.
If that is not helpful, then please post for specifics about what you want and/or are doing. Especially what version of uVNC and O/S.
