Viewer's redundant View Only & Auto Scaling checkbox

The Viewer has the checkbox for View Only & Auto Scaling, on both the main GUI & Options window.
In testing, the checkbox in the Options cannot keep the setting and always follow the main GUI.

Suggest remove these two checkbox at Options window.

Same results are found on 1.0.8.x & 1.0.9.x viewers.

not remove, just fix and sync
in some case, i need to use option to fix bug of vncviewer viewer scale auto + value
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
