cant control... only view

Hello,
i've installed the full VNC package (server, viewer and service) 1.0.9.6 x64.
I can view the screen of the remote computer but i cant controle it. I have config both password for VNC and view only (different password) but i cant controle it... the remote is connected to my computer on my repeater.
this is the command line on the "misc" panel of "edit settings" :

-autoreconnect ID:123456789 -connect 12.34.56.78:5500

i have 3 other computer with the same configuration and all other work. (with different ID)

do you know why this comp dont want to work ?

Hello,
i've tried all of the 5 parts of https://forum.ultravnc.net/viewtopic.php?t=16839 but the problem is still unsolved...
(the only diference i did is on the part 5, i didnt delete the install folder. just uninstall and reinstall becose it was not me on the remote computer)

please any help ?
