The problem is, when the server is running as service, this message is shielded and not visible. That's similar to the case "VNC Error" of NO AUTHENTICATION Server. I believe this may probably cause some similar problem such as prevent the shutdown of uvnc_service.
Another minor problem is: the information of this error box is not correct.
The missing file should be Authadmin.dll and/or Workgrpdomnt4.dll, but not auth.dll
Yet one more problem, I know missing Authadmin.dll / Workgrpdomnt4.dll will cause the above-mentioned error (popup at server pc), but the result are different:
missing Authadmin.dll -- the message popup & click OK -- viewer show connection is rejected
missing Workgrpdomnt4.dll -- the message popup & click OK -- connection is still able be established.
I have no idea what is going on.
The tests are done using 10961 (May 3) server on WinXP Prof.
