Windows cannot find InstantSupportVNC.exe

Using V 3.2, when I try to install as a service, nothing is being copied to the InstantSupport folder in the Program Files(x86) folder. So I'm getting an error "Windows cannot find C:\Program Files(x86)\InstantSupport\InstantSupportVNC.exe" .

What can I do to fix this?

What operating systems are you dealing with?
Have you modified the scripts in any way?
Virus scanner used no the InstantSupport machine?

Well, it happened on a Win7 Pro 64 bit and a WinXP. I don't think I changed anything in the script.

So I recompiled it and now it works. Go figure.

Anyway, thanks for the reply. Sorry for the false alarm.

BTW, one last thing. How do you stop the service from running after you start it?

After using InstantSupport's "Install as Service" option there will be a link on the desktop to "Uninstall InstantSupport".
