VNC to prompt user?

Does anyone know of a way to give the user a choice to allow or deny a VNC remote connection?

I found this, but it doesn't seem to work: http://www.appdeploy.com/messageboards/ ... ey=&#67036

It suggests to add the following to the .ini file:

QuerySetting=4
QueryTimeout=10
QueryAccept=0
QueryIfNoLogon=1

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
