Have to restart uvnc_service

I'm running XP SP3
Computer hides explorer.exe (HEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon Shell set to "kioskapplication.exe")

There are running two winvnc processes in the task manager.

I try to execute C:\Program files\UltraVNC\winvnc.exe -connect xxxxx:5500

Nothing happens...

If I restart the uvnc_service and then again executes winvnc.exe -connect xxxxx:5500

it connects....



What can be my problem?

winvnc application mode (not running uvnc_service or not installed)
C:\Program files\UltraVNC\winvnc.exe -connect xxxxx:5500 -run

-run
allowed only at the end of line
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
