Updates to chunkrepeater.pl

I have an update to chunkrepeater.pl that includes the following fixes:

1) additional checks so that ID is always numeric for pattern tests.

2) Fix bug in whitelist/blacklist causing lost connections when having many IDs in either list.

3) Fix bug in whitelist/blacklists with partial matches, id "123" would be OK if ID "12345" was listed in the file!

4) Add "database mode" - ability to query database, website, or other external source for ID by calling a shell script.

What's the recommended procedure for "giving back"?

I've also updated the checks for ID so that it applies to both viewer and server connections.

I'd also like to see those fixes and updates. It it supposed to be buggy since it's not ready or near it.
Currently I've left bug fixes to be done later because I'm working on other useful features like live connections monitoring. Good luck, maybe you are more competent in that matter than I am. Let us know if you have something show us.
But for your first fix I must disappoint you - i',m planning to push IDs to be alphanumeric.
I think you would understand the magnitude level of that kind of change without needing much explanation. Still - it does not depend on me only, there are others involved and they will have last word on that.
