Could you elaborate what a Palm TT3 is if it isnt a palm?

I have no idea how to help you if you dont state the following -

System OS -
Rev of UVNC viewer (if applicable) -
Rev of UVNC Server -
Networking of the two computers (assuming LAN because of the private address)
Firewalls running on either.
UVNC running as a service?
UVNC server running DSM plugin.

I understand that the viewer is not UltraVNC but a Palm-OS based VNC version.
And you seem to use MS-Logon (I or II) on the UltraVNC server side (mentioning username/password).

Are you sure that the Palm VNC understands this authentication method?
I thought that it's (currently) only available on UltraVNC.
