Make 1 system as a server

very much new to ultravnc

anyways to make 1 system as a server( i dont want to install Server module on all machines )& then make users to connect to that server & share there desktops..

please help

My office computers are in domain, almost 99% machines are xp sp3..

any other alternate solution..
