Connection Failed end of stream. strange.

Im trying to access a UVNC server on a XP box using a Vista laptop. I can connect to another XP box, also my 2008 Server but the one xp box will not let me connect. I have no encryption or anything to block it. My firewalls are down and theres no difference in connection other then the port which i have opened on my router.

The error im receive is connection failed -- End of stream

Possible causes:

-- Another user is allready listening on this ID (this is not the case)
-- Bad Connection (Also not the case)

If i wasnt getting connection it wouldnt make it this far it would say failed to connect to server, its obvsiously hitting my router, and then attempting to access this computer but failing. I have no idea what could be causing this, thanks for any help.

Id like to add, that if i put a check in the Use DSMPlugin box(Viewer Side) and use MSRC4 it brings up the password box, .... but if i enable it at the server, and then try from the viewer it goes back to doing what it did before. I'm using a Verizon hot spot for the laptop... it can connect to 2 other computers on the network like i stated earlier which are connecting to the router for our normal internet service. It just cant get through to one computer.

your xp box is a 32 bit or 64 bit or custom version like xp starter without services ?
