Tray icon is not showing

I know that this question has been asked several times but none of the solutions work for me, and I still can not see the tray icon.

I have installed UltraVNC 1.0.8.2 as a service on Windows Vista Business, Service Pack 1

I have checked that my ultravnc.ini has the correct: DisableTrayIcon=0
I have also checked that "Terminal Services" is enabled and running.
I have tried winvnc -servicehelper from the command prompt but it does not seem to do anything.
I have resintalled the uvnc_service (using the Windows service tool, using the UltraVNCServer shortcut in the menu and using the command prompt) several times.
I have restarted the service several times as well..

But still no tray icon.

Any advice?

is look like you have installed uvnc remotely via ms remote desktop.
install really at front of console.
otherwise is possible remotely but require some pre requesite.

Actually no, I have installed it locally on my machine, which is acting as the server (I get my colleagues to test acting as users).
Since my post, I have installed UltraVNC in application mode and I do see the icon appearing. So the problem only seems to be when I install UltraVNC as a service.

Please try 1.0.9.1, it's stable.
We don't make any more changes to 1.0.8.xxx

Systray always show on the console session, the one connected to the real video card.
