I've seen many references to installing uVNC as a service. But I don't know:
1. Why I would want to install it as a service? What are the benefits? Disadvantages?
2. Do I run it as a service in addition to running it as a clickable program?

What is the uVNC "service"
Re: What is the uVNC "service"
If it runs as service, you can log on at the logon-screen from remote.
If it doesn't, you first have to log on local at the machine, then run the serverprocess and then you can log on from remote.
