connections will stop working for several minutes

I have setup ultra vnc on a few computers that are connected over wireless networks.

About a week ago, I put a new computer into the mix and took the old one out. Now at the site im having problems. The customer says that his vnc connections will time out for several minutes at a time. I was running 1.0.2 but upgraded to the new stable version in hopes of fixing the problem.

The connection will time out and then when the shortcut is clicked, it just hangs at the password accepted spot.

I'm clueless, im not dropping pings, i've been running pingplotter for 2 days with no drops in packets when they are trying to connect. each computer is setup to use a different port and setup to stay connected if anyother connection is opened.

let me know if anyone has ideas or what information I need to come up with.
